We are a busy estate agent in North Finchley and we are seeking a self motivated,articulate and convident administator who will take on an important roll within the office to work along side the administration manager.
The job will involve the following:
1.Meet and greet Landlords and tenants.Register new applicants and offer properties afetr suitable training.
2. Preparing tenancy agreemnts and applying for references.
3.Inspecting managed properties and doing check-ins and check outs with tennats.
4. Assisting in maintenence issues with other staff.
5. Preparing Sale Particulars and be able to audio type however training will be given.
6.Raising invoices to landlords and completing all paperwork involved in exchanging contracts on both Sale and lettings. ( full traing will be given)
Travel expenses for use of own car will be given.Car owner is essential.
On going training will be given throughout and we encourage after gaining enough experience for the successful candidate to sit for the Natinal Associate of Estate agency exams in Lettings and Property management.
Working hours 9-6.30pm Mon-Fri, and 10am-3pm -/ 3 out of 4 Saturdays per month.
We offer 22 paid holidays, car owner essential.
Salary range GBP 15,100-17,000pa with a review after 6 months depending on satisfactory performance.
