A highly respected Fire Safety Company situated in the Kennington/Oval area requires a permanent secretary /administrator
You must have a make it happen attitude with a business minded working approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
You must be able to work with Word, Excel Sage and ACT Systems. You must Able to deal with customers on the phone and should also be numerate and with great attention to detail and highly organized.
Minimum 2 years experience in administration and secretarial support in a business to business environment.
Although you will be mainly providing support for 2 managers, experience in working within a team will also be an advantage.
On a daily basis you will be dealing with customer quotations, sales enquiries, orders processing, Booking sales calls, keeping printed stationary upto date, updating our database and, providing supporting in answering the phone and transferring calls to colleagues, also providing any other general secretarial support when necessary.
salary GBP20K to GBP21K PA. According to experience.
20 Days holidays scalating to 23 after
