Position; Experienced Landscaper's/ Team Leader's Required
Description of duties; To design, develop, remodel and, maintain gardens on singular properties or large schemes.
hard and, soft landscaping are necessary requirements.
Qualification; should hold a qualification or certificate in
landscape gardening for example, NVQ 2 or City and, Guilds.
- Allternatively, Overseas equivilant (Australia, NZ, SA)
Hourly Rate; GBP14,00ph + holiday pay+ expenses (PAYE)
Hours; Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30pm
Contract; Ongoing to Permanant
Activities to include;
1. Discussing and, developing designs with clients
2. Understanding clients vision
3. Producing drawings or sketches for prospective projects
4. have the ability to undertake works associated, construction
of walls, fences, timber decking, patios, paving and, concrete.
5. Provide advice on upkeep and, maintance of gardens
6. Treatment of soil
7. Calculating costs based on labour, materials, plant and,
equipment
8. Directing and, supervising a team who will form part of the growth of the landscape function with the gardening services.
9. Supervision and, instruction of team
10. Carry out any excavation with the use of suitable machinery
