I need a Website people

Hello
So I´ve got some initial ideas for my new website, I´ve asked one person for a quote and am waiting on the response.
I need to re-iterate, it´s not just about who can provide the cheapest quote.
I´d like a website that is simple but eye catching. The Sunshine brand should have a happy, fun and at the same time a serious aspect to it. A site that families and young people will be attracted to but keeping a professional balance. Something a little like Google !
I have found two sites that might point us in the right direction. The first one http://www.jrosenthalphoto.com/ has that serious side to it, actually bordering on boring, but I like the way its easy to navigate : with the three headings. I also like the way the pictures are mounted, two at the side and the two in the middle of the page.
The second site http://www.dolcegabbana.it is really attractive due to the use of moving images on it. I really like the way the pictures move in and out or up and down and its interactive with your arrow...
I don´t have any logo or branding at the moment so that will likely be based around the end product of the website.. I´d suggest to use yellow for the sunshine aspect and other bright colours, however the actual background when the pictures are shown should be plain and neutral either black or white.
The website I have at the moment, is a very basic one which is a template where I can upload pictures onto. It´s boring and uncreative but its a functional webspace to show what I do. Have a look to get a feel for the kind of pictures I like to take.
