Temp To Perm Payroller Start 1st March GBP13 to GBP14 hr


Description:
Our client, who specialises in providing IT software solutions, is looking to recruit a payroller to join their team on a temp to perm basis due to the increase in work load. This increase in workload is due to the continued success and growth of our client. The role is set to start at the beginning of March and after 3 months temping it is more than likely to become a permanent position, therefore the client will need someone who will be willing to commit to the role on a permanent basis as well. The duties include:
· Assisting in processing 2 payrolls - 1 UK payroll running at 1500 staff/month and 1 European payroll running at 700 staff/month
· Processing approximately 160 new starters and leavers per month
· Answering internal and external payroll queries
· Processing and calculating SSP, SMP, SPP
· Holiday calculations
· Sticking to in house payroll system
Skills:
· Processing large payrolls
· Knowledge of payroll from start to finish
· Being able to stick to deadlines, reach targets and do this to the utmost accuracy
· Some European payroll experience would be beneficial but is not a necessity
· The ability to be flexible in the payroll roles carried out
