My client is a leader within the healthcare information service, they run conferences and training for health care professionals and also recruit for interim senior positions within county and borough council directorates. They need an interim Financial Controller to lead their finance team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
(i) To ensure that books and records are current and accurately maintained
(ii) Liaise with the payroll bureau to ensure monthly & weekly payroll is performed accurately
(iii) Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
(iv) Supervision of 3 staff to ensure ledgers are maintained
(v) Balance sheet reconciliations of bank accounts, PAYE, pension and VAT
(vi) Cashflow forecast and management
(vii) Preparation of Accounts pack for year end 2007 for Auditors
This is an immediate need so please send your CV if you are looking for an exciting and challenging position. The successful candidate will possess advanced Excel skills and be fully Sage line 50 v12 conversant. If you have experience of process improvement management it would be highly advantageous.
