Invoicing Team Member


INVOICING TEAM MEMBER (GBP20,000 – GBP22,000)
We are currently recruiting for a permanent Invoicing Team Member to commence as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills. A high standard of data entry accuracy and attention to detail is essential. They will have experience in Microsoft Outlook and Word, and will be at least at an intermediate level using Excel. They would enjoy being part of a busy, dynamic team with a work hard, play hard attitude.
The role consists of:
Operations:
* Sales and Supplier invoicing
- Creating transactions for uploading
- Verifying and validating data for uploading
- Uploading files into Sage Accounting System
- Printing, sorting and distributing (fax, email, post) sales invoices to customers
* Raising manual sales invoices
- Printing and distribution of sales invoices to customers
- Investigating and resolving invoicing queries
- Back up to customer receipts processing
Accounts Administration:
* Update sales and client reporting spreadsheets
* Create spreadsheets and data enter supplier invoice payments
* Assist in bank reconciliations
* Back up to team members
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities/skills:
* Intermediate user level in Microsoft Excel
* Experience in Sage Line 50 preferable
* Good oral and written communication skills
* Good judgment and decision making
* Works well under pressure
* Prioritising and meeting deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Team work and co-operation
