Reporting to the Executive Chef your duties are preparing orders for the Aqua Restaurant, Essence Restaurant and In Room Dining as directed by the Sous Chef ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and a consistent quality of product.
Our ideal candidate would be an experienced Chef de Partie with a passion for cookery, creation of new and exciting menu items or a Demi Chef with a minimum of three years experience looking to advance their career. Applicants with experience in a hotel Ala Carte environment will be highly regarded.
We are looking for applicants who wish to have a Sponsored Visa to Australia for a period of up to 4 years.
