ASSISTANT MANAGER - circa 18k plus profit share
Our company is a small and successful entrepreneurial restaurant business with 4 landmark sites in South London.
As an Assistant Manager you are an important part of our success. You will support the General Manager and be responsibile for driving all aspects of the restaurant.
You will be responsible for Deputising for the General Manager and be involved in all aspects of the financial performance of your business, from sales targets, food and drink margins to achieving budgeted profit contribution.
Attention to detail, high customer service standards and a drive to make your business exceed all expectations will be the key to your success. The role itself is challenging and hands on.
Minimum 6 months experience required as an Assistant Manager.
