Situated in the heart of Theatreland we are one of the most respected stalwarts of Game and seasonal British food. A willingness to learn and an eagerness to please, providing the best customer service is essential. You will be working in a unique Country House environment, in the heart of London, with a well planned work/life balance and excellent rates of pay.
Our Country Estate in North East England is used for Training Visits to learn about the Restaurant, Game and the Countryside.
Applicants MUST have a minimum of two years in a similar calibre Restaurant and be fluent in English.
