Imperial College Union is a thriving and busy environment for the students and visitors to Imperial College London in South Kensington. We have three bars, two catering outlets, and a nightclub venue. We are situated in a picturesque quadrangle immediately behind the Royal Albert Hall.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can make a substantial contribution to the running of our bar operations. The post will be responsible for all aspects of operational bar shift leading including the care and preparation of real ales and wines, as well as the demands of a busy and thriving student environment.
Experience of running busy bar shifts is essential. A working knowledge of relevant legislation is also a requirement of the post. EPOS experience and being a personal licence holder would give you a distinct advantage. This would suit a Bar Supervisor looking for their next move.
