A fantastic opportunity to work within a welcoming environment as a long term temporary administrator. This company is based in the heart of the west end and is walking to distance to the station. This position is to start ASAP and you must be able to commit to at least 9months.
Some of the duties include...
* Updating the company database, cross referencing information.
* Typing documents using MS Word.
* Liaising with clients chasing information.
* Working with the direct debit systems and financial information.
* Research using the internet.
* Producing invoices and filing accordingly.
* Raising Purchase order numbers.
* Booking out meeting rooms
* Distributing the post.
As this is a small team you may be required to help out with other administration tasks that are not listed above, and so you must therefore have a flexible attiude and happy to muck in.
Skills
You must be a proficient user of MS Office package, especially Word & Excel & Access.
