Our client - a dynamic and expanding retailer – currently has an urgent Temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy but fun Head Office team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Coordination of interviews, processing of offer packs/letters, liaising with associated bodies and reference checking
* Accurately update the database with personnel records
* Filing, archiving, diary management, distributing departmental post and responding to all inbound calls
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced prioritisation and organisational skills. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous administrative experience, the ability to work to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment and advanced Microsoft Office skills – particularly Word & Excel.
