Experienced Pa in Publishing for leading magazine publisher
An opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to work alongside the Publishing Director and Publishing team for UK's leading magazine publisher.
Key responsibilities include: managing diaries and schedules; performing reporting and presentation functions (excellent PowerPoint skills essential); providing full administrative and secretarial support to the Publishing Director and Publishers; and maintaining all office- based systems.
You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and also have a keen eye for detail. You will have experience of working in magazine publishing; excellent organisation and communication skills; and proven planning, secretarial and administrative abilities to support a busy publishing team.
You will also have excellent all round communication verbal and written skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally the candidate will have experience in publishing and have a proactive approach to their work.
