Site Manager
My client is a construction company specialising in the luxury residential refurbishment sector. Due to their impressive growth in the last year, they now need to recruit a Site Manager to run 3-4 projects at one time. These range from luxury residential refurbishments, to extensions, flat conversions and basement renovations. Ideally, you need to have had at least 5 years experience as a Site Manager in the luxury residential refurb sector, or at the very least, substantial experience in very high spec Commercial fit-out. They require that candidates be very presentable, with excellent client skills. Due to the nature of their work, and the fact that you will be dealing directly with very prestigious and high-net worth clients, you need to be polished and well-spoken. Candidates with construction-related degrees are strongly favoured. Alternatively, if you have any construction related qualifications and valid health and safety certificates, this role could also be suitable for you.
