Our client specialise in high-end residential refurbishment properties around the North West London Region. The client work on high scale luxurious housing in the the kensington area, conducting very high spec refurbishment works, with projects ranging from GBP5million to GBP60million.
The client are looking for a Project Manager who comes from a very strong residential refurbishment bakground. The specification is extremely high so it is imperative the candidate has a strong trade based joinery background.
The Site Manager / Project Manager will need to be intelligent and be able to think on his/her feet. He will need excellent communication skills and be able to lead a good team as well as be comfortable talking to architects, engineers and clients.
