Office Manager Pa To GBP28,000 Pa
A newly created position working for senior Directors and assisting with the smooth running of a large Department within a Consulting Engineering Company based in Hammersmith.
This position requires an experience Office Manager/PA who enjoys leading from the front and ensuring that all areas are running smoothly.
Ideally you should have worked at senior level and have the ability to multi-task and supervise other administration staff. You must have first class communication and presentation skills and be confident in dealing with a wide variety of tasks on a daily basis.
You must also have excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a good typing speed for 50wpm together with Outlook and have experience of minute taking at meetings.
