The Company
We are now recruiting for prestigious and elite Health and Spa facility in Central London with a service track record that is second to none. Based in a facility that boasts a swimming pool, gymnasium, treatment rooms, Turkish bath, spa rooms, squash courts and studios, this club is unique and very individual.
The Role
Our Client is seeking a Receptionist to work at a busy front desk for the Sports Club. This role would include manning the phones, greeting members, making bookings and uphold the overall level of customer service. This is a vital role for the club and it is the first impression of the club that a member has and it is imperative that it is a good one. As a Receptionist, you will be expected to work shifts which will start @ 6.45am and end @ 10pm. This role is based in Central London and will not be an opportunity that you can drive to
The Person
To be considered for Receptionist for this prestigious club, candidates must have a good track record of customer service in 5 star environments understand the importance of excellent customer service. You will be an ambassador for the club, therefore must be very well presented and clear in your communication. An interest in Spa and Fitness is desirable.
The Benefits
