Protocol Education is looking for a Education Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team in our offices in Wimbledon.
The role will deal largely with developing close client relationships and increasing the current school business within secondary schools in the London South West area.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be hands on, driven, self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced work environment and not afraid of hard work.
Knowledge and understanding of the education system is preferable therefore candidates must have teaching experience ( Primary, Secondary and SEN) and be looking for a positive step into recruitment. Sales experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
You must be fluent in written and spoken English and have the right to work in the UK.
We offer a competitive base salary, very attractive monthly commission scheme (uncapped) in addition to a termly team bonus.
