Assistant Chief Engineer London - Zone 1 23,000 to 25,000 T

My client, a leading 4* hotel in central London, has an immediate requirement for an Assistant Chief Engineer to join them on a temporary to permanent contract.
Main Duties
- Manage the general maintenance of the hotel building and its services to an optimum level.
- Work closely with the Chief Engineer and the Housekeeping team to maintain a fully functioning and efficient hotel environment, with the emphasis on forward planning, routine maintenance programmes and prompt repairs.
- Along with the Chief Engineer you will responsible for a team of engineers.
- Ensure that all Health & Safety measures are in place and adhered to within the job responsibility.
Required Skills / Experience
- Demonstrable experience of supervising / managing a maintenance team. [Essential]
- Experience of working in a 4 or 5* hotel [Essential]
- Recognised mechanical / electrical qualification or apprenticeship [Essential]
