Desk Assistant
A leading Canary Wharf based investment bank requires a switched on and proactive Desk Assistant to support a demanding front office team. This role is extremely fast paced and key responsibilities include
- extensive diary management
- booking international travel
- expenses
Candidates must have the ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and work well under pressure. Previous team assistant or administrator experience within in a fast paced environment is a pre-requisite. An good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is essential.
