Technical assistant for key building in London
Company info;
* Office Disciplines are commercial, urban/masterplanning, office, education & cultural, residential and leisure & retail.
* CAD System: AutoCAD
* Medium scale based in London and nationwide
* One partner created a larger respected practiced before setting up this practice over last decade
* Very design orientated commercial practice. Winning a lot of large scale projects.
* They like Commercial experience, good companies on CV and a balanced employment history.
The Role:
* You will be joining a project that is key from the cross-rail overall scheme as this building, centre-point is the reception/meeting point.
* You will be joining an existing team and have a key role in the detailed design of this. The next stage is in 3 months and so you can then join the construction stage
* Use UK Building regulations to ensure accurate elements
* Using AutoCAD to produce the full package
* Competent detailing of parts is required and you will also need an understanding of waterproofing, roof details and internal and external elements
* You will also need competence in co-ordination also to ensure a smooth completion of the project
You will require:
* Good UK Building regulations knowledge
* Competent in AutoCAD
* Competent in working drawings
* Co-ordination of a package
* Detailing of elements of a high level will be required
Able to start quickly and commit to at least 3 months work
Reward:
Immediate challenging contract role for minimum of 3 months with good scope to continue
