6 mth Contract Part Qualified Property Accountant , Circa GB

This is an opportunity to join one of the largest most prestigious Property Groups within the UK. Initially you will be attached to the Service Charge team with all the challenges and opportunities this presents. The role is high profile liaising daily with Property Managers, Clients and numerous internal departments and colleagues. You will have your own definite property portfolio which will be very varied and include significant prestigious clients. The role will suit someone with strong financial accounts experience, used to monitoring expenditure across multiple cost centres. Excellent communication skills are also essential as you need to explain budgets and variances to non accountants and you will attend regular meetings to present information to internal and external clients.
