This is a mixed 11-18 highly successful, oversubscribed, comprehensive school designated by the Department for Education and Skills as a specialist technology college.
This school aims to provide a calm but purposeful atmosphere with a clearly defined pattern of behaviour and dress. Considerable emphasis is placed on developing caring and considerate attitudes in their pupils.
