TELEPHONE SUPPORT/1ST LINE SUPPORT/IT SUPPORT/HELP DESK AGENT

Our client is a world leading applications provider, located in Hounslow, Middlesex. They are looking to increase their Telephone Support Desk, and are looking to recruit 7 x Help Desk Agents, offering a basic salary of GBP19,000 per annum + big company benefits.
To qualify for the opportunity to attend interview, you will need to have one or more of the following (essential):
- Previous IT help desk experience with software application knowledge.
- Hospitality experience – Any hotel or reservations background, with experience of either, till menu changes, till stock takes or management of the till system.
- Retail experience – With proven work skills of setting up, programming or using the till at management level.
This role will cover a combination of shift and standard office hours and includes some weekend and bank holiday dates. Hours will be on a rota basis between the hours of 07:00am – 11:00pm.
