We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Secretary/PA to work for this medium sized law firm located close to Liverpool Street station.
For this position we are seeking an experienced legal secretary who has worked at partner level with good solid corporate law experience. We require a legal secretary/PA who has good word skills and a fast & accurate copy typing speed, someone who can juggle and prioritise their work and someone who has good, strong PA skills.
This position is ideal for anyone looking for a busy role! One of the partners will heavily rely on you as his ‘PA' to organise him and his life The other partner will reply on you more for secretarial and typing duties, for him you need a keen eye for details as he is meticulous with his work. This partner is also a partner of a social & charity committee and will require assistance organizing charity events and functions. One things for certain for this position is that no two day will be the same in this job which is good for variety
This firm is approximately 100 staff in size. Each department works cohesively as a team and therefore a good team player is required for this position. To ensure that the firm gets the right team fit for this position HR are arranging interviews not only between the partners and the applicant but also the secretaries in the area and the applicant
The salary for this position is GBP35,000 plus excellent benefits
