Hr Administrator


REF: BH100LBN
RAT: GBP8.60 per hour
TYP: Temp
Our client - a local authority – currently has an urgent Temporary opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy team.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Accurately process sickness data onto a bespoke payroll system
* Accurately update the database with personnel records
* Liaise with Department Managers regarding HR and sickness queries
* Filing, archiving, diary management, distributing departmental post and responding to all inbound calls
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, advanced prioritisation and organisational skills. It is essential that the successful candidate has previous administrative experience, the ability to work to tight deadlines and intermediate Microsoft Office skills – particularly Word & Excel.
