Are you interested in working within the Financial Recruitment Industry? The ideal Graduate Recruitment Consultant will have sales or financial sales experience however, anyone with good commercial experience will be considered. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you must be a self motivated,outgoing and a very driven individual with a desire to work in the fast paced Recruitment Industry. Ultimately a successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant must have the personality and enthusiasm to work to individual and team targets.
The Role
This opportunity within Financial recruitment offers fantastic earning potential and fast career progression. Following the full recruitment cycle you will be dealing with both candidates and clients. Very consultative in approach you will be given the opportunity to win new business and negotiate terms. As a consultant you will learn how to headhunt and source candidates from a variety of sources. Once you have identified your candidates you will meet them face to face offering a consultative and professional service. Ultimately you will be given the opportunity to travel, as you will attend conferences within Europe.
