Computer Angels, providers of home and small business computer support, are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join their expanding team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, smart appearance and a flexible approach are essential, as is the ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team. The ability to speak and write in excellent English is mandatory.
You will have at least three years of current IT experience in a professional organisation OR a recent IT related degree (2.1 or better)
Applicants, who should be eager to learn and continually update their skills, MUST also have comprehensive knowledge of the following skills:
* Windows XP
* Windows Vista
* Windows Server 2003
* Wireless networking
* ADSL troubleshooting
* TCP/IP
* Microsoft Office
* PC hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with Windows 98/2000 and Mac OS X is also an advantage.
As our technicians travel to clients by scooter, the ability or willingness to ride a scooter is essential; CBT training will be provided to successful applicants if required.
