Fleet Maintenance Technicians Required Immediately

The company is a very exciting place to work and is growing incredibly quickly, tripling in size every year! As a result of this rapid growth we currently have vacancies in our Fleet Department for a Fleet Maintenance role.
The successful applicant will be supplied with their own company van which is equipped with valeting equipment and basic maintenance tools. They will work with a partner servicing our fleet. Certified training on how to properly service our vehicles will also be provided. The van will be based either in Shepherds Bush West London or Bow East London. The service on the car that the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for includes:
Cleaning the car both inside and out.
Checking the car for damage and reconciling this damage with head office.
Carrying out basic maintenance checks on the cars (oil checks, tyre pressure etc.)
Carrying out basic repairs, replacing: broken side mirrors, indicators etc.
Essential:
- a valid driver's license for the UK
- confidence behind the wheel
- a strong work ethic and the ability to work through cold, wet weather
- the ability to work quickly while meeting high standards
Preferred:
-experience driving within London
-ability to communicate effectively with both fellow co-workers and customers
-experience in carrying out basic maintenance on vehicles
-experience ensuring vehicles are roadworthy
Hours:
45 per week.
Monday-Friday
Shift time: There are positions open in both our morning and afternoon teams. Morning 5am-2pm Afternoon 4 pm-1am. Both shifts wih a one hour break.
Salary: GBP16,000 per annum with overtime weekend work available. A free Streetcar membership and 20 days paid holiday is also included.
