Entrepreunerial start-up seeks a forward thinking and innovative Infrastructure Manager to build, grow and develop all aspects of this new European Trading Platform company's infrastructure.
This is an excellent opportunity to have real impact at grass root level and play a pivotal role within the company. With aggressive growth forecasted you will need to turn your hand to all areas of infrastructure. A strong technology understanding is essential together with an appreciation of the investment banking/financial industry.
Responsibilities include;
* Capacity planning
* IT security policy
* Strong business relationship skills; dealing with external software firms, hardware providers and other third party hosting facilities
* Technical documentation
* DR planning
* Provide advice and recommendation to senior management on future growth plans
Technical Knowledge required;
* TCP/IP, Cisco Routers
* Firewalls
* Telephony Systems including VOIP
* MS Domain Security
* Exchange Server, Active Directory
* HP Blade Technology, HP Raid Storage, HP and IBM Desktop and Laptops
* Windows Servers, Linux red hat
