Debt Recovery Lawyer
This central London Borough in a very popular location is looking for a litigation assistant to assist in planning, co-ordinating and undertaking litigation and advice work relating to debt recovery (in particular recovery of service charges), leasehold valuation claims (LVT), contract claims, commercial and other property matters and such other functions as may be assigned to the Postholder from time to time. The successful candidate will undertake a personal caseload of litigation work (particularly relating to debt recovery matters) including the provision of legal advice, drafting of complex documentation (such as pleadings, affidavits and instructions to Counsel) and Litigation.
