Ship Shape provides main contractor construction, trades/professional staffing and payroll services in London. We offer a unique service that has allowed us to more than double our turnover each year since inception. We are looking for the future leaders of this rapid growth company.
We are currently recruiting Management Trainee's to progress through the commercial channel of the organisation, experiencing and contributing to two or three divisions before taking a Management role (with personnel and revenue responsibility) in one of these divisions.
Ship Shape is seeking commercially driven, bright individuals with good attention to detail and excellent communication skills. All candidates will have a desire to work in the UK for at least 4-5 years, followed by the potential to work in overseas operations, progressing from entry level salaries of GBP17,500 to senior role earning potential of GBP80,000.
Previous experience in the construction or payroll industries is not required.
A commercial or business orientated degree, training or experience is an advantage but is not essential.
