Part-Time Legal Secretary Required 30,000 pro rata
This world leading law firm are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to work part-time within their Employee Incentives Group supporting 1 Partner, Counsel and an External Consultant.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary to work part-time in the Employee Incentives Group for our client a world leading law firm based in the heart of the City. The role is a 50% job share working 1 week on/1 week off.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include diary management, organising internal and external meetings, organising international travel, conference registrations and lunches for principals and clients, you will provide administrative support for matter opening, billing and the maintaining of client files and maintaining the group's working practices including it's marketing database and matter management. This role will involve a fair amount of audio and copy typing of correspondence and documents in both house style and client format.
To be considered for this role you will have previous legal experience of at least 2 to 3 years plus gained within a City or Westend practice. It is essential that you have a typing speed of at least 65wpm along with strong technical skills including Word, Powerpoint and Excel.
