The Role
The Graduate Operations or Technical Management Graduate Scheme is a 2 year scheme, where you will undergo classroom and on the job training, as well as having the opportunity to obtain industry qualifications. Within these 2 years you will gain invaluable experiences within all aspects of this diverse business as well as directly within a Trainee Operations Management capacity. If you are looking for career progression this is the role for you, as you will be trained to become a future sight manager.
