Payroll Officer And Accounts Assistant GBP21-23k plus benefi
Our client is a well known Airline company based in West London who are actively looking to recruit for a Payroll officer this role reports directly into the UK Finance Manager and Financial Controller.
There will also be opportunities to branch into accounting duties such as accounts payable , reconciliation and month end . The priority though is to find a candidate with good payroll experience .
Duties include:
Processing the payroll for staff salaries
Ensure adherence to monthly and year-end statutory requirements
Process staff expenses
Providing analysis of staff expenses for taxation purposes
Performing payroll reconciliation to ascertain impact on profit & loss
Accurate calculation of basic salary adjustments including overtime
Completion of P11D's
Accounts Payable processing
Suppliers' statement reconciliation & Queries
The ideal candidate will need to have previous payroll experience and be a highly self motivated individual that has the ability to work both as an individual and as part of a team
