Sustrans TravelSmart - make a difference to the way people
The 'TravelSmart' programme is covering 25,000 households within Watford, offering a range of free travel information and support to people who wish to find out more about walking, cycling and using public transport in Watford. The scheme is being delivered by Sustrans and partners Socialdata with support from Hertfordshire County Council, Watford Borough Council and other partners.
We are looking for a team of part-time staff to carry out:
Household canvassing (GBP7.00 p/h)
The TravelSmart household canvassing team will be required to contact households on the doorstep and gather key information about the household's travel behaviour and offer them a range of free information on walking, cycling and public transport. This will be done by bicycle and on foot.
Hours available include weekdays between 4-8pm and Saturdays between 10am-5pm.
Flexible working hours are available.
- Between mid April and July 2008
- Covering South Watford (where our office will be based)
