Accounts Payable Clerk - GBP10 to GBP15ph
A leading Media Organisation is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy department. The duration for this role will be up to six months. The main responsibilities are: run the purchase order invoice status report regularly; chase the Budget Officers for any non goods receipted invoices & investigate any unpaid items; check and match foreign pay-runs weekly; check and match GBP supplier pay-runs twice weekly; reconcile the supplier statements and chase/request any aged invoices; solve ad hoc supplier queries and liaise with other departments to resolve supplier issues.
