DESCRIPTION
SnobFood has launched a brand new patented marketing product with true global potential. The product (www.napket.com) is unique and has already been adopted by a large audience.
We are looking for a versatile jack-of-all-trades-master-of-one web designer, able to develop the information architecture for our multimedia content website, create visual mockups in Photoshop based on the information architecture, code the site up with valid XHTML/CSS and know some JavaScript and PHP. You should be a quick on-the-job learner and problem solver, have an eye for detail, and generally curious and eager to learn and understand new things.
Immediate Interview and start.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Strong visual design skills for turning a concept to a beautiful, fully functional web site.
* Experience with Photoshop or your preferred image editing software.
* Experience writing standards-compliant, accessible XHTML and CSS.
* Excellent understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform issues.
* Working knowledge of PHP.
* Working knowledge of content management and blogging systems.
* Large portfolio of web sites and projects.
DESIRED SKILLS
* Experience with DOM scripting, unobtrusive JavaScript and Ajax.
* Strong copy writing skills.
