I have the property i want to buy--6 beds period house in Wexford, history of breeding racehorses, 100+ acres, fab location
i have the cash to within GBP300,000 of the price required
so i need someone to put up the rest--better if you have 500k like me so you can be an equal partner
ideally that someone would be female, into country life, want to live and work on the property and would be able to put in some knowledge and industry in addition to the money
its really a no brainer for the right person--live in a 1/2 bed flat in a dump like London being worn down by the rat race or in rural Ireland surrounded by beauty and working to make heaps of money and grab some moments of sheer bliss from breeding racehorses
