Maintenance multi-trader
My client is looking for a multi-trader to join their day-to-day repairs team based in the Lambeth area of London.
You will come from a background where you have worked in domestic maintenance on the day-to-day repairs. Either working direct for Councils / Housing Assocations or main contractors that deal with Council etc.
You will come from either a plumbing or carpentry background and be able to undertake various day-to-day repairs. This could include, tiling, painting & decorating, plastering, plumbing and carpentry.
You MUST have your own van and tools.
Be able to provide up-to-date references.
