Head chef
Post as Head Chef availible for a five star private nursing home, must have an interest in cooking traditional English dishes from fresh ingredients, good at baking also a plus.
Cooking lunch,tea cake and supper for 40 people per day.
Very good hours 9am till 7pm 4 or 5 days per week.
Excellent pay and benefits inc. five weeks paid holiday.
Should have experience of managing budgets (a very generous one), managing kitchen staff (two of them) and running a clean and tidy operation.
