FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR AN INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENCY IN PERIVALE/SUDBURY, SOUTH WEST LONDON.
We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator for an Independent Estate Agency in South West London that lets and manages numerous amount of properties.
We are offering a generous salary package + commission incentive for the right candidate.
Your primary role is letting property. You will be required to become familiar with our surrounding area and be comfortable regularly travelling by car between the office and properties.
Role / duties include:
* Enquiries / Viewings / Referencing
* Inventory check-in & check-out
* Routine property checks
* Updating photography / adverts
* Updating tenant database / website
* Liaising with tenants
* Associated office administration and duties
Generating tenants enquiries via property portals
Collecting money from tenants
The following skills / experience are required:
* Proven lettings experience
* Provide excellent customer service
* Strong communication skills
* Positive and proactive attitude
* Demonstrated initiative
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
Confident individual
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a lettings role and know the London rental property market. In addition you will be flexible with your duties.
As a small but efficient company all staff contribute to the day to day running of the business. We are expanding very quickly and our record levels have provided us with this success.
A clear UK driving license is essential.
