About the Job
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join our Food & Beverage team.
The successful candidate must have:
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef to Junior Sous/Senior Chef De Partie level within a high quality hotel or Restaurant
Experience in A La Carte Dessert service with ability in cake and bread making and petit fours
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure
Salary: up to GBP27,000 per annum (including service)
Hours: 48 per week (will include some weekends)
