KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based in our Mill Hill office
- Provide telephone technical support to customers using email, ADSL, hosting and other ISP products
- Provide on-site technical support to customers to have IT maintenance contracts throughout central London
- Maintain the company's IT infrastructure
- Provide rare emergency out-of-house IT support
- Build and repair Windows computers and servers
- Install and repair servers from time to time at our facility in Birmingham
- Order IT goods from various company suppliers as needed from time to time
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Windows 2000, XP and Vista
- Windows 2000 and 2003 Server
- Microsoft 2003 DNS, IIS, Active Directory and Exchange
- CAT5 cabling and networking
- Install and troubleshoot various RAID configurations
- UK driving licence
- EU passport or permit to work in the UK permanently
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- SQL Server 2005
- Linux
- MCSE
- CCNA/CISCO
TERMS
- Working hours 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- 22 days paid Holiday per annum
- Salary 18-25k depending on age and experience
