Quantity surveyor required up to gbp70,000 plus benefits

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of London's most prestigious mixed-use developers. My client is based in Central London and has a project portfolio that is second to none. They operate at the top end of the luxury residential market.
They are currently looking for a first-class Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. You will be part of a close-knit commercial management team with a genuine emphasis on teamwork. Experience within the D&B;/ New Build sector is absolutely crucial. A construction-based degree is ideal but not essential.
You will need to have excellent Surveying skill-sets and a good level of commercial awareness. General requirements are as follows:
Strong numerical skills
Good analytical skills
Attention to detail
Excellent time management
Good commercial awareness
Above average computer skills
Ability to work with the minimum of supervision and as part of a team
Demonstrate initiative
Well-organised and able to work to deadlines
This role will be someone with energy and drive in abundance. You must be looking for a challenging role in an exciting fast track environment. You will be well supported but you must have the ability to move things forward and act in a pro-active manner with a strong 'can do' attitude. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on a truly iconic project.
D&B; experience is absolutely essential. Ideally you will have worked for either a main contractor or a developer.
