Sales facilitation advisor
BusinessMobiles.com is one of the leading providers of mobile phone business solutions. We are the only dealer in the UK who has all four business network accreditations. We are looking for a highly driven and supportive person to join our Sales Facilitation Team.
Salary:
GBP20,000- GBP22,000 per annum plus bonuses.

Communication:
Rapport-must be friendly, polite and supportive.
Clarity-ability to communicate with absolute clarity to clients and internal staff.
Accuracy:
Must have an eye for detail as communicating directly with clients over large contract values.
Flexibility:
Supporting Sales Consultants who are "revenue focused" and prone to tight deadlines. Candidates must be fully flexible to work alongside the changing demands of a Sales Consultant
Team:
Working directly with either 2 or 3 Sales Consultants.
Responsibilities:
Administration:
Support the Sales Consultants with all general administrative duties including composing proposals, inputting data into CRM, compiling information packs for clients, sending emails and putting together contracts.
Time Management:
Ensure Sales Consultants are focused on their targets and that they are meeting commitments to contact and close clients.
Client Liaison:
Liaise with clients to walk them through the process from "close" to sale". This includes explaining and chasing paperwork.
Ongoing liaison with clients to secure loyal relations.
Proposal Preparation:
Create and send written proposals to clients.
Contract proof checking.
Proof check details of all contracts before they are passed onto the Support Department for connection.
