Sous chef
The Oak restaurant in Notting Hill is currently seeking an experienced & professional Sous Chef to be part of its team.
The right applicant must have a passion for food with the personality and enthusiasm to match. At least 3 years experience in a similar role is required and knowledge of traditional Italian cooking is desirable although not essential. The Sous Chef will report directly to the Head Chef and will assist with ordering, menu planning, costing and training of junior staff as well as running the kitchen in his absence.
Applicants must be well presented, personable & speak fluent English with a valid EU working visa and a bank account.
Salary: 23K-25K
