Salary: GBP26,000 per annum
My client is currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef to work in the pastry kitchen alongside the Head & Senior Sous pastry chefs, they are a luxery hotel in the heart of central London which are recognised for their quality service and equisate Location.
They operate a a'la carte menu as well as a TDH menu which are both influenced from the cuisines around the globe but still keeping alive British favourites.
All desserts are made within the hotel, so you must be able to handle low & high volume. You will have ideally come from a hotel background although a fine dining background would also be an advantage. Hours of work are done on a rota basis, working 5 days out of seven on 8 hour shifts although being flexible is a must.
