Comprising of 410 room including 12 signature suites, conference & meeting rooms, London's largest private theatre, the popular Mayfair Bar, and The Amba Fine Dining Restaurant & Bar, this is a hotel London cannot surpass.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the teams at the 5* May Fair, to lead the team of the Amba Bar and Grill Restaurant. The ideal candidate will have passion and enthusiasm for delivering excellent service at all times, with a high level of attention to detail, and a passion for food and beverage, along with the abiliy to lead and develop a team, and build good working relationships with staff at all levels. Previous experience of working in a high calibre restaurant at a minimum of assistant manager level is essential for this role.
